A jumble of sweet dried fruit and nuts, Sonja brought this recipe back from New Zealand. It's named such because if you slice it thin and hold it up to the light, it looks like stained glass! Redolent with candied pineapple, candied papaya, candied cherries, maraschino cherries, raisins, golden raisins, brazil nuts, almonds, and cashews and just enough batter to make it stick together.
